Arthritis Walk to Fight Arthritis – 2012

AOII’s Vancouver Alumnae Chapter and Beta Kappa Chapter joined forces to fight arthritis. We raised over $ 11,000 as a joint team. This was the third walk and we noted a marked increase in participants, which was great!

Lorraine and Milly Holman, Marjorie and Morag Stevens, Judit Spence, Elaine Peterson, Leslie and Megan Johnstone and Anne and Geoff Mott walked the walk and joined the young UBC members for either a 1km or a 5km walk.

Marissa Lo, a new alumna, received a plaque from the Arthritis Society to recognize the fact that AOII & Pals was the largest team put together to raise money and walk for this important event.
